My Bio
I want to keep this brief and to the point. I was born, I grew, went through phases and matured. I became older and entered adulthood (at least by measure of years alive...). Throughout the course of all this there were many transient and fleeting components but only one thing was really constant. The constant factor in my life for as long as I can remember was art.

I have had various friends, jobs, interests, hobbies, past-times and loves. Tons of failures and successes. These things have all come and gone yet the innate need to create which has always been there remains.

In essence, as I reflect on it, I suppose inevitably art was bound to become my career in some sense/form. Some days it is my passion, other days it is my job and most days it my therapy. More often than not art proves all three of the aforementioned for me personally.

I tattoo primarily but sculpting and illustration also help pay the bills. I am currently working privately at Traditions Elite Tattooing and Body Piercing in Northeast Pennsylvania by appointment only.

So I've never done this "share status update" deal before. But given this the first "update" in years here I guess it is appropriate. So that is that. Consider Klyde "now officially updating". The end.

Well folks, it has been embarrassingly long since I updated here on DA (years). No good excuses and I can't even claim I've been too busy. While its true, I have been busy, my lack of updates here has been more due to distaste for sitting at a computer and on the internet longer than I have to. Truth be told, when I do sit down on the internet, DA is still awesome to me after all these years. In short, I feel somehow negligent in not keeping up with my account here so I fully intend to get back to it. I highly doubt I am going to keep up with journal entries and whatnot, in the interest of not making this into a chore or obligation. Lets b

yo man, how do i get ahold of you ?!
PA?! East, Central or West?!
Beautiful gallery!
I think I'm going to have to make a trip to PA and let you do some work on me!! My artist passed away quite unexpectedly at the young age of 28 and I've not had anyone else touch my work since. Sad to lose him. I'd just given him a new custom made tattoo machine, complete setup, for Xmas in 2010 and he passed away in Feb. sigh... well, lots of work started but incomplete...love your work, one day I'll have to get with you and let you look at the work I've had done so far. I only give a vague idea of what I want, then allow the artist complete and total freedom to do it in their own style, so every tat I have is original. Don't do any flash.
I'm sorry to hear of the untimely loss of your artist... Sad scenario indeed.... I know how it feels to have lots of unfinished work on your body for one reason or another though, and it is a bummer when you don't have a clue who will finish it or when... I would be more then happy to take a peak and suggest some different approaches we can take in completing whatever it is you've got as well as any new concepts you may care to start! You can e-mail pictures to me if you'd like to start correspondence early so, when and if your gonna make the trip, we have a bit of a head-start so to speak....

Sure, I think I even have some pics of them posted here. I had someone else I was considering using, but he didn't come through.
I usually don't browse tattoo galleries, but yours are original, beautiful and tasteful. Keep up the good work--you are a talented young artist!
